The Discover Team leads our response to the Great Commission. The ministries within this team are designed to bring people into a life giving relationship with Jesus Christ.

The goal of the Discover Team is to help people have a life changing encounter with Jesus Christ and to help them find a small group or a class in the Center for Christian Formation.

The Discover Team Ministries

The Outreach Ministry: This ministry oversees the implementation of the outreach and advertising projects of the church, to build the recognition and image of the church in the community, and to develop promotional literature for the church.

The goal of this ministry is to build name recognition of the church in the community and to facilitate the evangelism efforts of the church.

The Ambassador Ministry: This ministry helps visitors assimilate into the life of the church. It provides for Sunday morning greeters, oversees the Welcome Desk, trains and assigns Ambassadors. The Ambassadors are the people who help visitors get connected with the life of the church and to encourage them to get involved in a small group or Bible Study class.

The goal of this ministry is to connect all visitors with an Ambassador and see an ever increasing percentage of visitors assimilate into the life of the church.
